Review of Linux Compatibility

The WBTUO LT107 is a 2 Port SATA3 expansion Card PCI-E adapter which is avaialble under different brands. The card can be configured in different ways via jumper:

  • 2x SATA or
  • 2x eSATA or
  • 1x SATA + 1x eSATA

The LT107 has the following properties:

  • Chipset: ASM1061
  • Speed for SATA3.0 6Gbps compatible with SATA I and SATA II
  • PCI Express speed rate to 2.5G/S, double channels
  • Supports IDC/AHCI Model
  • Supports Native Command Queuing (NCQ)
  • Hot-plug capability
  • Tested with 3 TB Harddisks

The driver for the LT107 is part of the Linux kernel, i.e. no separate driver is needed!
