The Hewlett-Packard Premium Starter Webcam is sold together with a headset. The webcam has the USB ID 03f0:1b07

It is automatically recognized and fully supported by the Linux kernel:

The webcam works perfectly and was successfully tested under Debian 8.2 with the programs guvcview, camorama and cheese.
