Review of Linux Compatibility
The WMP54GX is a PCI card. Attention: There is also a Mini-PCI card available from Linksys under the same name.
The card bases on the Airgo AGN103BB chipset, which is only partly supported under Linux. It was also not successful to use this card together with Ndiswrapper and the corresponding Windows driver.
Linuxwireless.co.uk claims that the card is automatically supported by the Linux kernel since kernel version 2.6.24 and the kernel module p54usb. However, there are corrently no proves that this combination was successfully used under Linux.
