Review of Linux Compatibility

The Netgear A6200-PES is WiFi USB stick which supports connections according to 802.11ac standard. The stick bases on the Broadcom BCM43526 chipset and has the USB ID 0846:9050

Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0846:9050 NetGear, Inc.

For this chipset no Linux driver exists so far hence the stick is not supported under Linux.

However, one can use the stick under Linux by using ndiswrapper together with the Windows drivers.
