Review of Linux Compatibility

The D-Lnk DU-520 is a PCI card with 4 external and one internal USB port. The card uses the NEC Ultra-Standard chipset and can be recognized by its PCI IDs:

NEC USB 2.0 (rev 04) 1033:00e0
2x NEC USB (rev 43) 1033:0035

The card is fully supported under Linux, at least since Linux kernel version 2.6.15). The card is automatically initialized during system boot-up and was successfully used under Ubuntu and Debian Woody.
