Review of Linux Compatibility

The DuoFlex CT by Digital Devices is a PCI Express card (PCI ID dd01:0003), which is equipped with 4 tuners, 2 DVB-C and 2 DVB-T tuners. The card is supported by Linux since kernel version 3.6.x. Furthermore, it is possible to use the CI slot of the card, but the CI slot is not yet automatically supported by the Linux kernel. An installation instruction for the CI slot can be found at

The card is accessed by the kernel module ddbridge and is initialized by the Linux kernel with the following output:

Digital Devices PCIE bridge driver, Copyright (C) 2010-11 Digital Devices GmbH
DDBridge driver detected: Digital Devices DVBCT V6.1 DVB adapter

The firmware file is necessary to access the card. This file has to be copied to /lib/firmware, to be found by the Linux kernel. The firmware file can be found as part of the driver package DDTuner.
